Why don't you list prices on the website?
Toner and ink pricing moves with brand, page yield, quantity and contract terms. A single posted price can't reflect your brand mix, volume or contract terms. By quoting each order, we match the exact specification you need and tailor the price to your business — not a one-size-fits-all average.
What's the difference between OEM and compatible cartridges?
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) cartridges are made by the printer's own brand. Compatible cartridges are produced by third-party manufacturers to fit the same printers, often as a more economical option per page.
We supply both. Every compatible product we offer is selected for reliable yield and clean output, and backed by our quality and compatibility guarantee — so you can choose the right balance of brand and budget for each device.
Do you offer business, volume and contract pricing?
Yes. Every quote is built around your actual usage, and we offer standing pricing for recurring and contract orders. If you manage supplies across multiple departments or sites, we can consolidate it into one simple arrangement.
How quickly will I get a quote — and my order?

Which printer brands can you supply for?

What if the compatible product isn't right?
Our compatibles carry a satisfaction and compatibility guarantee. If a product doesn't fit your printer or perform as it should, contact us and we'll make it right — whether that's a replacement or an alternative option.
Do you support cartridge recycling?
We encourage responsible disposal and can advise on cartridge recycling options as part of your supply program, alongside longer-yield products that reduce how often you reorder.
